The staff are very friendly and helpful. They regularly schedule community events for the apartment community, which helps to make friends. The pricing is reasonable. I wanted to edit this to include some more things. The gym room is very nice, the complex it self is gated and easy to walk around with dogs. There is also a good fenced in dog park as well.

Great place to live very friendly staff. Quiet and they love pets there. Even have dog treats in the clubhouse. The grounds are well maintained. I got lucky and used the fire pit the only day it snowed in Florida! Easy access right off interstate 10.

If you are looking for the best apartment with a great price, this is it. The amenities are great just last weekend my fiancée and I had the best time at the pool and grilled right there. Along with the gym and tanning bed it’s awesome. The clubhouse is kept clean and they have great things happening all the time, food trucks event nights, and more.

The move-in process was especially smooth! Everyone at the office is incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and are an especially good price for the area and amenities available! Plenty of shops are nearby and getting to downtown Pensacola or Milton is a quick and easy trip!

I think this is a great apartment. I’ve been living here for about a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The staff are wonderful and occasionally host community events like crafts, bingo, and barbecues. They also bring in food trucks from time to time. I frequently use the fitness center, which is always clean, and the pool is great too. I highly recommend this apartment!
